Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Drisdell Consulting has been fortunate to be able to provide services to our customers with full, uninterrupted continuity. Turns out, the implementation and support business model that we have been using for the last 10 years, aligns with the delivery of remote services. Out of the gate, we have been able to leverage our standard video conferencing platform, secure VPN networking infrastructure and cloud-based services provision to provide seamless continuity to our entire customer base. We have also been able to leverage of our typical technologies for touchless WFM utilization. This is by no means an attempt in any way to belittle the challenges we face together. It is simply to say we recognize the challenge. We are up for the challenge we face together. And we have the tools and methodologies already in place to meet those challenges head on together.
