While it was not anticipated that the Project Manager would do programming and configuration of the system, we consistently asked him to do these items when consultants provided by another company failed. He was always able to solve the problems. He also did a phenomenal job documenting the set-up, developing a custom manual, and developed and delivered custom training to end users. He is a good communicator and always kept me, as the Project Sponsor, informed of every aspect of the project and his activities.
